  • Contractors Insurance – Specialized policy designed to protect contracting businesses against losses to your property, liability claims, tools and equipment, materials at a job site and many optional coverage tailored for unique exposures the contractor have.
     
  • Professional Liability Insurance – Protects you and your business on claims made against you for errors or omissions in such things as diagnosis, incorrect recommendations, failing to provide correct advice or optional alternatives, and other similar professional exposure.
     
  • Cyber Liability Insurance – Protects you and your business for not only claims [first party (internal) and third party (external)] cyber losses related to incidents that involve electronic hacking or online activities, but also covers private data and communications in a variety of formats including paper, digital or otherwise.
     
  • Property and Casualty Insurance – Protects what you have by affording the ability to build an insurance program specifically tailored to your business for claims against your property, liability, on the job injuries to employees, theft of property or money by others, auto coverage and many other policies.
     
  • Umbrella Insurance – Provides additional limits of insurance for liability claims, usually in one million dollar increments. May provide additional limits for liability losses to your general liability, auto liability, professional liability, workers compensation, employer’s liability, cyber liability and other forms of liability policies.
     
  • Commercial Truck Insurance – Specialized policy designed for the unique exposures of the trucking industry. Covers everything from bodily injury and property damage to third parties, physical damage to your truck and trailer, and may also cover you and your passengers for bodily injury against uninsured or underinsured drivers. Other coverage can include bobtail liability, dead heading, property of others damaged in your care, custody and control, down time, and more.
     
  • Non-Profit Insurance – A policy that covers the exposures of a non-profit such as employees and volunteers, fund raising events, directors and officers liability and more.
     
  • Garage Insurance – A policy that is highly specialized to protect the exposures of auto related businesses including new and used car dealers, collision, service and garage operations, equipment dealers and other similar operations. Due to the many specialized and unique exposures and coverage for these types of operations, it is extremely important to have an Independent Agent that specializes in and understands this industry.
     
  • Surety Bond – One party (Surety Company) promises to pay a specified amount to another party in the event of an inability of a third party that can’t or won’t meet their obligation. The Surety Company will pay up to the amount of the bond but will then recoup their money from the third party. Although common for the construction industry, there are many types and forms of surety bonds for any and all industries and businesses.
     
  • Fidelity Insurance – Protects against fraudulent activities by employees, including employee theft of money, securities and business property, depositor’s forgery, theft of money and securities by others and many other similar types of losses.
     
  • Personal Insurance – Protects residents of your household against losses to your home, personal property, living expenses needed as a result of a claim, liability claims, autos, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, high value items such as jewelry, fine arts, musical instruments and collectibles, and other personal assets you may have.
     
  • Term Life Insurance – Usually the lowest cost for the highest death benefit. This type of policy does not accumulate cash value and is written for a specific timeframe. Other life insurance policies such as whole life, universal life and transitional life insurance may be better suited for different stages and events in your life.  These products can also be used to fund business needs such as key man, golden handcuffs, and buy sell agreements.
